The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of employer-side litigation experience and a JD from an accredited law school. The firm offers a hybrid work environment, competitive salary between $180,000 – $220,000, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of employer-side employment and labor litigation experience.
• Background in non-compete litigation preferred.
• Active bar member in good standing (NJ or CT).

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment litigation before courts and agencies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Provide compliance counsel and conduct internal investigations.
• Advise clients on labor relations matters.
• Deliver proactive legal solutions in a multidisciplinary team.
