The ideal candidate holds a top-tier JD with New York Bar admission, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and client service.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active New York Bar in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation.
• Significant experience advising employers on federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters including class, collective and representative actions.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements including executive compensation provisions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and client service.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise employers on workplace law issues including compliance and risk management.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Apply AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical, strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
