Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney in an in-person role. The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in employment law, strong research and writing abilities, and excellent client communication skills.

The attorney will advise management-side clients on labor and employment matters, assist with negotiations and grievance arbitrations, and handle employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings. Salary ranges are provided with benefits listed.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant labor and employment law experience.
• Strong legal research and statutory interpretation skills.
• Excellent legal writing, drafting, and editing abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on employment laws, regulations, and case law.
• Draft memoranda, analyses, and case-related documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding issues and options.
