Protouch Staffing is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney in an in-person role. The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in employment law, strong research and writing abilities, and excellent client communication skills.

The attorney will advise management-side clients on labor and employment matters, assist with negotiations and grievance arbitrations, and handle employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings. Salary ranges are provided with benefits listed.

Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Job Summary

An established law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing legal practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment law matters, strong legal research and writing abilities, and excellent client communication skills. The attorney will advise management-side clients on labor and employment matters, assist with negotiations and grievance arbitrations, and handle employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research involving employment laws, statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.
• Draft legal documents, memoranda, written analyses, and other case-related materials.
• Communicate with clients regarding legal matters, questions, and available legal options.
• Provide legal counsel on a variety of labor and employment law issues.
• Represent management-side clients in labor negotiations and grievance arbitrations.
• Handle employment litigation and administrative proceedings before relevant employment and labor agencies.
• Represent management in employment-related hearings and proceedings.
• Exercise sound legal judgment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment law.

Compensation & Benefits
