BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for its Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate has a strong background in employment litigation and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services.

The role involves advising employers on employment matters, handling wage/hour issues, drafting agreements, and representing clients in court and before agencies. A JD and Texas license are required, with excellent writing and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and counsel on employment matters.
• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements.
• Represent employers in state and federal courts and before agencies.
• Draft position statements, settlement agreements, and employment contracts.
• Assist with investigations and witness interviews.
• Prepare detailed written memorandums.
