O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Philadelphia, PA office. You will handle a wide range of labor and employment matters for sophisticated clients, including single plaintiff litigation and wage-hour class actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling all aspects of complex & sophisticated litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery; developing litigation strategy.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and persuasive pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and settlement documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex and sophisticated labor and employment litigation.
• Defend employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination and related claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and develop litigation strategy.
• Conduct large-scale document reviews and productions; communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Second-chair trials, depositions and evidentiary hearings; manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Develop relationships with current clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in mentorship and training programs for associates.
