Qualifications

• 3–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, and employment agreements.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Kentucky licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in state and federal courts and before agencies.
• Advise in-house legal counsel and HR professionals on employment matters.
• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, and manage non-compete agreements.
• Engage in traditional labor and OSHA-related matters.
