Qualifications

• 4-6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Licensed to practice in Indiana; licensure in Kentucky and Ohio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel on employment matters.
• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements.
• Represent employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
