Confidential Employer in Manchester, NH seeks an attorney to advise employers on labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. The role offers direct client contact, meaningful litigation exposure, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Active NH Bar admission required. Attorneys at various career stages are encouraged; 1–6 years’ experience welcome in an environment aiming toward partnership. On-site with potential hybrid flexibility as relationships grow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on labor and employment law, policies, compliance, and employee relations.
• Represent clients in employment litigation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
• Handle administrative proceedings, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with collective bargaining agreements, labor negotiations, and grievances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical legal strategies for clients.
• Build lasting client relationships and assume increasing responsibility.
