Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, policies, and settlements.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective legal arguments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment matters
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on the team to strategize and develop effective legal arguments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws, court decisions, and emerging trends in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment law or commercial litigation
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
