The associate will provide legal representation and counsel to clients on issues related to employment law, including workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, and compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, excellent research and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in negotiations and litigation.
