Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited education program for Surgical Technologists.
• CST certification desired.
• CBSPD Ambulatory certification desired.
• BLS-Certification upon hire.
• Previous Operating Room experience with demonstrated Operating Room technical ability required.
• Demonstrated understanding of surgical/sterile field, surgical instrumentation and surgical processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating rooms and set up the sterile field.
• Assist the surgeon throughout the surgical procedure.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare equipment.
