Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• NBSTSA or NCCT credential required before hire
• Education: HS diploma/equivalency with experience OR an associate/technical degree OR 4 years of applicable experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating suite with sterile drapes, solutions and instruments.
• Anticipate and hand requested instruments to the surgeon during procedures.
• Assist in safe preparation, transportation, positioning and draping of patients.
• Maintain organized instrument field and track item counts to prevent retained objects.
