Qualifications

• Licensure as a Tennessee RN prior to hire (TN Board of Nursing)
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Neonatal Resuscitation instructor or NRP/Neonatal Resuscitation certification within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Execute direct nursing care while upholding standards and protocols.
• Implement care plans, monitor patient progress, document real-time clinical changes.
• Serve as central point of contact to ensure seamless interdisciplinary communication.
• Organize resources for safe, successful patient discharge and continuity of care
