Genesis Medical Center Silvis in Silvis, Illinois is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a full-time role. The position pays $32.74 to $49.11 per hour with a 0.9 FTE equivalent (36 hours/week), including weekend additions and a quarterly bonus.

Licensure requirements include Iowa and Illinois within one year, plus BLS and Mandatory Reporter training. The RN will care for women, newborns and pediatrics across labor, postpartum, newborn nursery, pediatrics, and PICU, with shifts 5:00–17:00 or

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active Iowa RN license required; Illinois license within one year.
• BLS certification required; Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and develop a plan of care.
• Perform fetal and neonatal monitoring and document care.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
• Respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies.
