Job summary
Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to support mothers and newborns during the childbirth process. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care, safety, and positive birth experiences.

Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in labor and delivery.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding the delivery process and postnatal care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during deliveries and procedures.
- Comply with facility policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
