Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses (L&D RNs) to join our healthcare team. You will monitor labor progress, support mothers and newborns, and collaborate with physicians and midwives to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery
• Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques
• Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with physicians and emergency teams as needed
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the labor and delivery unit
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
