Openwork Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns in the labor and delivery unit. You will collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to ensure high-quality, safe birthing experiences.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be needed by facility.
Responsabilités
- Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery; respond to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with childbirth procedures, including natural deliveries and cesarean sections.
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the medical record.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
