Openwork Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join a supportive team. The role focuses on caring for mothers and babies through labor, delivery, and postpartum phases, with emphasis on safety and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license required.
• Demonstrated experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor laboring patients.
• Perform routine and emergency labor/delivery procedures.
• Document care and interventions in medical records.
• Initiate and manage IV lines, medications, and fluids.
• Prepare and maintain the labor and delivery room.
• Support families through childbirth and postpartum care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
