Job summary
Care Career seeks a Labor & Delivery RN to join the hospital-based Maternity Care Center in Brunswick, GA. The role covers antepartum triage, labor, delivery, Cesarean circulation, recovery, and postpartum care, with day or night shifts in a full-time schedule.
Candidates should have a GA RN license, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year acute-care experience; BLS; weekend/on-call readiness; sign-on and relocation bonuses available; supports living in Georgia's Golden Isles.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/Bachelor).
- Current RN license to practice in Georgia.
- Minimum 1 year of acute-care hospital nursing experience.
- BLS certification prior to hire.
- Ability to provide postpartum nursing care.
- Ability to meet weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage care of obstetric patients with clinical judgment.
- Perform obstetric triage and antepartum assessment.
- Provide nursing care during labor and vaginal delivery.
- Serve as circulating RN during Cesarean sections.
- Provide post-anesthesia and postpartum recovery care.
- Educate and support patients and families through childbirth.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and safety standards.
