Job summary

Cibola General Hospital in Grants, NM is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care across obstetric and general areas. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, while guiding ancillary staff and patient teaching within CGH policies.

New grads are welcome with competitive entry wages starting at $36/hour, rising to $40/hour after 12 months; sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation support up to $5,000 are available.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• NRP certification within 9 months.
• Completion of fetal monitoring course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and assist ancillary staff.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Education

RN license (NM or compact)

BLS CPR

ACLS & PALS preferred

NRP certification within 9 months

Fetal monitoring course within 6 months
