Job summary

Cibola General Hospital in Grants, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to join our team. This 25-bed critical access facility provides a broad range of services and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, coordinating with the care team, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. Eligibility includes NM RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred, with night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid NM Registered Nurse license.
• BLS required. ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Continuously update nursing knowledge and skills through professional development activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

NM Registered Nurse license

BLS certification
