Medical City Plano, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is hiring a Nursing Supervisor for Labor and Delivery to lead daily operations, coordinate patient care, and mentor nursing staff in a high-volume unit.

You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes by collaborating with the management team, optimizing staffing, and guiding clinical practice in line with hospital policies and evidence-based standards.

Qualifikationen

• TX RN license or compact required.
• BSN required.
• 2+ years in acute hospital setting.
• 1+ year RN leadership experience.
• 2+ years Labor & Delivery experience.
• Fetal monitoring certification within 6 months of start date.

Aufgaben

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor quality of patient care and improve outcomes.
• Lead staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
