Job summary

The Woman’s Hospital of Texas is seeking an RN Analyst L&D to support a multidisciplinary hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program. You will compile data from performance monitoring of Medical Staff activities and integrate it with other PI activities to improve patient care delivery.

Under supervision of the Assistant CNO, you will help establish monitoring criteria, develop data collection tools, and coordinate reporting to leadership and committees.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Current Licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on Performance Improvement, Risk Management or related activities.
• 5 years experience Required Years of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish monitoring criteria for clinical services with Medical Staff.
• Report monitoring data to identify problems and opportunities to improve patient care.
• Assist in data collection forms and analysis.
• Coordinate Medical Staff activities for reporting and follow-up.
• Maintain centralized records of Performance Improvement activities.
