• 2 years as an RN in clinical settings with supervisory/leadership experience.
• 2 years in healthcare environment and Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
• 3 years in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Support quality and patient safety programs and ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
• Conduct systematic chart reviews, analyze clinical data, and abstract information from multiple sources to identify trends.
