Baptist Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery with RN licensure to supervise nursing staff on shift and ensure consistent patient care. The role supports weekend and holiday coverage, applying the nursing process for assessments and interventions.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning and execution, with additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc. may be required depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of care interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Additional duties within the scope of the role may be assigned as needed.
