Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns. You will collaborate with physicians, monitor patients, and advocate for safe outcomes in a fast-paced obstetric setting.

Formación

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS & NRP required.
• 2-3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• You will communicate with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical condition.
• You will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
• You will perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
• You will participate in performance improvement activities.
• You will act as the patient’s advocate, as circumstances require.
