Renown Health in Reno, NV seeks an experienced RN for Labor & Delivery to provide nursing care across all ages, from newborns to elders, and support families. The role requires Nevada RN licensure, 1+ year L&D experience, and current BLS; ACLS and other certifications are expected within required timelines.

Competenze

• Working-level knowledge of the English language (reading, writing and speaking).
• Education to obtain and maintain Nevada RN licensure.
• At least 1+ year RN experience in labor and delivery within the last 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada RN license; POCA license within 120 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification; additional department certificates within six months of hire/transfer.
• ACLS as required by department; PALS/ENLS/ENPC/NRP per timelines.
• RNFA eligibility if RNFA program completed per AORN core curriculum.
• Computer skills to complete online learning, forms, policies, benefits enrollment.

Mansioni

• Provide optimal patient care using the nursing process across adolescent to geriatric patients and their families.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing services to newborns through geriatrics in Labor & Delivery.
• Work within a diverse Labor & Delivery unit with on-site anesthesia and multiple beds/ORs.
• Adhere to department policies and attain required certifications within specified timelines.
