Job summary

Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. You will provide high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs, while communicating with physicians and maintaining patient charts.

Required NV RN license with at least 2-3 years of L&D experience; BLS, ACLS & NRP. BSN preferred. We offer strong staffing support, modern technology, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with physicians about changes in patients' clinical condition.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
Perform general nursing duties in Maternal Child Health with adequate supervision.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
Participate in performance improvement activities.
Advocate for the patient as circumstances require.
