Job summary

Tenet seeks an experienced Women's Services RN to provide high-quality nursing care for postpartum patients and neonates, coordinating care with families and respecting safety standards. The role includes delivery room attendance and stabilization of well newborns, with ability to circulate on all LDRP surgeries.

The RN will apply FHR monitoring, interpret tracings, and care for both low and high-risk antepartum/intrapartum/postpartum mothers, aligning with Florida nursing practice standards.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an RN program.
• BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS by American Heart Association; NRP on hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum patients and neonates.
• Coordinate care with families and ensure safety and cost effectiveness.
• Discharge planning and coordination with obstetric and neonatal teams.
• Circulate on all surgical cases in the LDRP OR.
