Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN in Holmdel, NJ to join a network of hospitals actively hiring. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, and 1+ year L&D experience.

You will monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications including epidurals, and provide education and support to patients and families while collaborating with obstetricians and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program.
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetricians and healthcare team.
Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
Administer medications and treatments, including epidurals and IV fluids.
Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
