HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Palm Beach County is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN to provide direct nursing care for obstetric patients, guiding care from admission through postpartum, with support for mothers and their families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, comfort and high-quality outcomes, maintaining clinical excellence in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida or compact licensure with Florida eligibility.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current BLS & ACLS Certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• NRP & AWHONN Certifications (30 Day Grace Period).
• 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs.
• Carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
