You will collaborate with physicians, the care team, and families to ensure optimal outcomes, while applying established nursing models and standards of practice.

The role requires quick clinical judgment, advocacy for patients, and dedication to safety standards.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• NRP within 90 days of start date.
• STABLE within 6 months of start date.
• 1+ year RN experience required.
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Advanced/Intermediate fetal monitoring within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the labor and delivery unit.
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families while following established nursing models and standards of practice.
