Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services units onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. The role is full-time and requires a RN license with leadership experience in L&D.

You will strengthen patient safety, collaborate with physicians, and help shape a new acute care hospital’s L&D, postpartum, nursery, and women’s services programs. Strong clinical leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license.
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Leadership experience in Labor & Delivery/OB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations.
• Strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, and physician collaboration.
• Support strategic growth and program development.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OB leader to help strengthen an existing Women’s Services program and support the development of a new acute care hospital in Palm Beach County. This role offers the opportunity to lead current Labor & Delivery operations while helping shape the future of L&D, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women’s Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations.


• Strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, and physician collaboration.


• Support strategic growth and program development.


• Build a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.


• Help design future Women’s Services operations for the new hospital campus.
