Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, age-appropriate nursing care in labor and delivery.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Perform obstetric procedures and OB monitoring per protocol and escalate findings to physicians.
• Ensure accurate charting and timely completion of shifts.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with social services as needed.
