Job summary

The role requires California RN licensure, Labor and Delivery experience, and certifications in CPR, ACLS, and NRP to support critical neonatal and maternal care services.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine assessments and plans of care following the established plan of care.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Delivers individualized nursing care with a patient-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Advocates for patient rights and communicates effectively with patients and families.
• Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge and experience.
• Assists in planning and coordinating patient transition and education.
