Qualifications

• Associates Degree Of Nursing with at least 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license on hire or transfer.
• CPR certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments, develop nursing diagnoses and plans.
• Document in patient records per standards of care.
• Provide patient and family teaching on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
