• Acute care or labor & delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care with patient/family input.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and supervise staff when needed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Communicate patient status clearly to all caregivers.
