Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on days in Elmhurst, IL. The role requires RN licensure in Illinois and a mix of ADN/BSN education with OB experience. Expect 36 hours weekly, day shifts, and rotating weekends/holidays.

Candidates should have CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP certifications in place or within the specified timeframes. Floating to mother-baby is possible per unit needs.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or higher in Nursing; if ADN, must obtain BSN within five years of start date
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS within specified windows, C-EFM within one year, NRP within six months
• Current IL RN licensure

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois Act and hospital policies; uses critical thinking to assess, plan, monitor, and document patient care; delegates tasks as appropriate; collaborates with team to meet unit goals
