Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BSN degree required after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act
• Lead process improvements for quality and safety
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO
