Laredo Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across obstetric and general units. You will perform assessments, deliver medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of nursing experience, hold an RN license in the U.S., and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills. This full-time position requires on-site availability and a commitment to high-quality patient

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure for practice in the U.S. or compact state.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Monitor and document patient status and vitals.
• Administer medications and monitor effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge steps.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code team activities.
