Job summary

ChristianaCare's Labor & Delivery team in Newark, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night hours, weekends and holidays, and on-call rotations. You will care for mothers and newborns and collaborate with obstetric specialists to support safe deliveries.

The role requires a BSN or commitment to obtain one within three years, DE RN licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN required or plan to obtain BSN within 3 years
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility
• BLS certification required
• 2+ years acute care experience preferred
• Experience in women's & children's services preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients and families.
• Collaborate with obstetric team to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend/holiday shifts.
