Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery at our Newark, DE campus. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with on-call rotation.

Full Time - 12-hour Shifts Rotating shifts (Hours: 7AM - 7PM & 7PM - 7AM) Weekend & Holiday commitment On-Call rotation Newark, DE

ChristianaCare is seeking a RN for our Labor & Delivery departments at our Women's & Children's Building on our Newark Campus.

You will have the opportunity to train in the following areas for this position: Labor & Delivery, High Risk OB, OB Peri-Op, and Antenatal.

Also, once established in L&D you would have the opportunity to train in our OBGYN Emergency.

We support over 6,500 births annually and we aim to serve our community as partners in their care with love and excellence.

As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our Labor and Delivery patients and families.

Education and Experience Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
• Experience in women's & children's services preferred
• Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• BLS required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
