Responsibilities include registration, cash collection/reconciliation, financial counseling, admitting and patient/department support, information processing, and data management.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, with BA training and CHAA preferred. Previous medical office experience and Windows-based computer skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of BA training program required.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification preferred.
• 3 to 6 months experience in similar roles is expected.
• Experience in medical office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support registration, cash collection, and cash reconciliation.
• Assist with notices of admission to payers upon admission.
• Provide financial counseling and admissions support.
• Handle information processing, database management, and materials inventory.
