Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Murrieta, CA for night shifts. Openings include full-time, part-time, and per diem with strong emphasis on collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team. ADN or higher with an active RN license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Experience in labor, obstetrics, or related fields is preferred. EHR proficiency and excellent communication are essential to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for laboring mothers in collaboration with obstetricians and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, and intervene as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed, including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout labor and delivery.
• Document patient status, changes, and outcomes in accordance with guidelines

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery
