Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to lead a large clinical team and align operations with hospital goals. You will develop care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain clinical readiness during high census periods.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, staff development, and oversight of the Accreta Program to advance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Competenze

• BSN required from an accredited program.
• Current Texas RN license or compact license required.
• Minimum 4 years in Labor & Delivery nursing; 5 years preferred.
• Competency in acute care L&D clinical practices required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification within 3 months of hire.
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring course within 1 year of hire.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to oversee large-scale programs and operations.

Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required.
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing; 5 years preferred.
• Competency in acute care Labor & Delivery clinical practices required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider certification required.
• NRP certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Completion of AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course within 1 year of hire.
• Strong leadership and team management skills essential.
• Ability to oversee large-scale programs and manage complex departmental operations.
