Atlantic Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with physicians and the care team in treating patients with various conditions. You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients, and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities include updating care plans, recording vitals, and coordinating with the healthcare team. Requires NJ RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/NRP preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (NJ).
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and NRP certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for side effects and reactions.
• Monitor, report, and record patient symptoms and changes in condition.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
