Qualifications

• California RN license required (Board of Registered Nursing).
• BSN or ADN with 5+ years RN exp in Labor & Delivery; BSN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interprofessional teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor interventions and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications and care.
• Act as advocate for evidence-based Labor & Delivery practices.
