Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (CN II) to join our ED team in California. You will provide patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, and coordinate with an interprofessional team during shifts that start at 7 PM and end at 7:30 AM.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BSN or ASN with RN experience in ED, and current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. CNA CBA ensures comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing with RN licensure in CA.
• At least 2 years ED RN experience or equivalent transitional program.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED.
• Coordinate care with interprofessional team to ensure safety and timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and advocate for best practices.
