About the job: Labor Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist role requires 3-5 years of experience related to Workforce contract compliance, data collection, and document generation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• Experience with Workforce contract compliance requirements, data collection, and document generation.
• Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling tools, desktop publishing, and database applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to work independently with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, audit, and enforce the Labor Compliance Program in accordance with accepted practices.
• Maintain the Certified Payroll system.
• Verify that appropriate wages are paid on certified payroll, including CA prevailing wage determinations.
• Develop and deliver customer reports by collecting information, maintaining organized databases, and formatting presentable reports within specified timeframes.
• Assist in maintaining databases related to equipment history, status, work order management, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Assist with contract documentation such as subcontracts, POs, invoice collection and tracking, and other financial matters.
• Perform simple account balancing and reconciliation tasks.
